Student Success Statement

Student Success Statement

“When an archer misses the mark, he turns and looks for the fault within himself. Failure to hit the bulls-eye is never the fault of the target. To improve your aim, improve yourself.”

Gilbert Arland

This statement conveys how every time you do something and it doesn’t go your way; there is no need for you to blame the object but yourself because you are the one doing it. A great example I believe it would be when you don’t do well in an exam, there is no need to blame the teacher because she/he didn’t know how to teach, but you are the one to blame yourself because there are many opportunities in life. The door doesn’t close just because one did. We have to seek further more from the things we are used to doing.
