This statement
means that every time you do the right things you will feel good about
yourself; because you did good and you will feel stronger than anything because
you did the right things. However if you decide to do the wrong things you will
feel ashamed of your own acts and you will not have the courage to accept it
because you know you did wrong. Whenever you do good you feel more confident of
yourself always try your best to choose the right things.
